CLEVELAND – Ratings for Cavaliers basketball on Fox Sports Net for the month of November were up 194% from November of 2002.
Last month, the Cavaliers averaged a 4.32 rating on Fox Sports Net, as compared to a 1.47 average one year ago.
"LeBron James is such a special and unique basketball player, it's no wonder he's captured the imagination of both the diehard and casual Cleveland sports fan," said Steve Liverani, senior vice president and general manager, Fox Sports Net Ohio. "The dramatic jump in our ratings is just another example of the tremendous impact he's had in this market."
The next Cavaliers telecast on Fox Sports Net is scheduled for Tuesday, December 9th vs. the Toronto Raptors. The action begins at 6:30pm with "Cavaliers Countdown," followed by the game at 7:00 pm. After the game, stay tuned for "Cavaliers in the Post" for highlights, interviews and analysis.
