December 2, 2003 New York – Rainbow Media Holdings LLC today released the programming schedule for its World Picks On Demand services – a collection of international subscriber video-on-demand services in Hindi, Mandarin, Russian and Spanish. Each service provides premier international content directly from the country of origin.

Prior to securing the content, World Picks consulted with a team of cultural attachés and conducted intensive market research and polling to determine the most desired programming for each community. Once these interests and needs were identified, World Picks' programming team sought out the most appropriate and best suited programming. World Picks' team spent months reviewing thousands of hours of programming to handpick the content secured for the World Picks services.
