Blue Mountain and Tower Records Exclusive Providers of Free Music Downloads

(New York, June 28, 2004) – Fuse, the nation's only viewer-driven, all-music network, introduces music television for a new generation with the launch of "Daily Download" – the first-ever music countdown show based on the most popular legal music downloads nationwide. Hosted by Fuse VJs Marianela and Steven, "Daily Download" will premiere on June 28th at 6:00 PM (ET) and merge a live one-hour daily studio show with real-time, interactive downloading.
Each day during "Daily Download," viewers can get free legal downloads of the actual songs as the music videos air in the show. During the show, viewers are given a password that they can use at the www.fuse.tv website to download the featured free songs, provided exclusively by Blue Mountain and Tower Records . In addition to the song downloads, viewers are offered a wide selection of artist- and music-related content for free downloading throughout the course of the show, including ringtones, artist voicemail messages for fans' phones, exclusive bonus tracks, PC desktop and mobile phone graphics, album artwork, animations and video game demos.

"Daily Download" will broadcast live from Fuse's street-front studio in Manhattan every Monday – Friday from 6:00 – 7:00 pm ET (encores Monday – Friday at 10:00 PM ET, Saturday and Sunday at 12:00 PM ET) The premiere episode on June 28 th will feature a live performance from Dashboard Confessional frontman Chris Carrabba . Metallica, Brandy, Jet and The Darkness are just some of the artists slated to appear in the upcoming shows.
