Original Series Gamer Dojo and Cars You Want to Premiere This Spring Along with New Exclusive Fitness Programming
New York, April 2, 2007 – LIFESKOOL, Rainbow Media’s recently launched free On-Demand television network dedicated to helping viewers jumpstart their lives with exclusive content that inspires and informs, announced today a slate of programming to premiere this Spring including two new original series: Gamer Dojo and Cars You Want. Hosted by gaming experts Jonathan Drubner and Jessica Chobot, Gamer DoJo will join LIFESKOOL’s extensive “Video Gaming” category and will offer insider tips on everything from game play basics to advanced techniques for the latest releases. Cars You Want, hosted by Automotive Journalist Ezra Dyer, will join the “Cars and Bikes” category and will offer an uninhibited insider’s look into the latest that the auto industry has to offer. In addition, LIFESKOOL will offer a variety of new exclusive fitness programming starting in April and available within the “Health and Fitness” category including: The SELF Series, Urban Striptease Aerobics, and the Trainer’s Edge Series.
LIFESKOOL, formerly known as MagRack, was recently re-branded as part of Rainbow Media’s broad expansion of its Video-On-Demand services. The service remains the only free VOD network dedicated to helping individuals make the most of their lives by offering entertaining and exclusive content that is focused on personal growth and self improvement. Gamer Dojo episodes will conquer gameplay basics, character creation and development, insider tips, tournaments, unlockables and comparisons of the latest consoles such as Wii, Xbox 360 and PS3. The series pierces viewers’ pupils with visually-rich high-tech graphics such as stylized freeze frames, arrows & pointers, highlights, tip boxes and slow motion video for added instruction. Gamer Dojo also amps up the skill levels with advanced gaming techniques to cover more intricate attacks, moves and complex boss strategies on the latest games including, “Tony Hawk Project 8,”
God of War II,” “Lost Planet,” “MotorStorm,” and “Spider-Man 3.” The series will be hosted by gamer Jonathan Drubner (24/7 Gamer) and Jessica Chabot (IGN, Maxim Radio). Premieres April 19, 2007
