ACQUIRES FILMSITE.ORG AND FILMCRITIC.COM

New York, NY – June 29, 2009 – As part of its mission to create the leading interactive online destination for all things movie, and providing exclusive content around the best original stories on television, AMC has created AMC Digital Media, its online media arm, and has acquired two highly-trafficked film websites, filmsite.org and filmcritic.com.
