NEW YORK, NY, August 18, 2015 – WE tv has appointed Stephanie Yates to the position of vice president of research and insights, effective immediately. Yates joins the network from TV One where she served as vice president of research. She reports to Tom Ziangas, senior vice president of research and insights for WE tv’s parent company, AMC Networks.

In her new role, Yates will oversee the development, expansion and direction of WE tv’s research efforts as they pertain to every aspect of the network and across multiple platforms. She also examines demographic performance and competitive trends to help maximize the network’s scheduling tactics, sales opportunities, creative marketing plans, and distribution growth, and tracks brand awareness and campaign performance.
