On the heels of AMC's record ratings performance in 2004, first quarter (Q1, 2005) and second quarter (Q2, 2005), the network's momentum continues with August ranking as the network's strongest month ever in Primetime ratings, Household delivery, as well as A18-49 and A25-54 deliveries.
Across all dayparts, August 2005 yielded AMC's highest HH, 18-49 & 25-54 deliveries compared to prior August performances in addition to showing year-to-year double-digit growth in key demos.
For the month in Primetime (M-Su 8-11p), AMC ranked as a top ad-supported network:

The network's August ratings highlights include:
- Primetime HH ratings (1.11 HH RTG) is AMC's highest monthly ratings ever up 42% year to year (.78 in Aug '04).
- Primetime HH delivery (961,000) is AMC's highest monthly delivery ever up 44% year to year (666,000 in Aug '04).
- Primetime A18-49 performance (493,000) is AMC's highest monthly prime delivery ever up 52% year to year (325,000 in Aug 04).
- Primetime A25-54 performance (575,000) is AMC's highest monthly prime delivery ever up 48% year to year (389,000 in Aug 04) ).
