CLEVELAND – Fox Sports Net Ohio announced its 2002 Atlantic 10 men's and women's basketball schedule today. Steve Liverani, senior vice president and general manager, Fox Sports Net Ohio, made the announcement.
Scheduled for the upcoming season is a combination of 8 Xavier and Dayton men's basketball games. Also highlighted are 15 LIVE conference match-ups from teams such as Umass, Temple University, Rhode Island, George Washington, St. Joseph's, and St. Bonaventure. Fox Sports Net will also feature exclusive coverage of the A-10 tournament quarterfinals and semifinals.
Fox Sports Net's coverage of Atlantic 10 men's basketball tips off on Saturday, January 5 at 12:00 PM. The game will feature an all Ohio match-up pitting Xavier against Dayton.
The A-10 women's basketball action will begin on Sunday, January 13 at 12:00 PM featuring Umass @ Richmond. The coverage of A-10 women's basketball will conclude with tournament semifinal action on March 3.
