NEW YORK, NY, May 16, 2006 — Rainbow Advertising Sales Corporation (RASCO) announced today the promotion of Bob Marino to Vice President, Advertising Sales, NY Region from Director of Advertising Sales for Rainbow Media's national networks AMC and WE. In his new role, Marino is responsible for overseeing the New York ad sales team as they continue working to increase market share and stream of revenue for AMC and WE. Today's announcement was made by Helen Karas, Senior Vice President, Ad Sales, AMC and WE.

In November 2002, Marino joined RASCO as Director of Advertising Sales for AMC and WE. Prior to that, he was an Account Executive for 14 years at ABC Family Worldwide where he successfully signed numerous high-profile clients who, at the time, were resistant to cable as it was then considered "new media." Before that, Marino garnered experience in the sales department at Turner Broadcasting, the buying department at Wells, Rich, Green Advertising and Research department at Information & Analysis (AGB).
Marino received a B.S. in Communications from St. John's University in Queens, New York and currently resides in East Norwich, New York with his wife and four children.
