LAS VEGAS, NV, May, 8, 2007 – Today, the second day of the 2007 Cable Show, Rainbow Media announced a series of new programming and brand initiatives. Today's announcements are part of a broad strategic plan by Rainbow specifically for this Show, which includes corporate marketing initiatives, affiliate outreach, panel appearances and booth activities.
With the constant evolution of technological developments offering operators greater content opportunities, Rainbow's focus at the show this year will be on defining the company's rich array of content tiers as a valuable consumer proposition in an increasingly competitive industry. As part of this effort, Rainbow continues to leverage its leadership position in both VOD and HD to add value to its partner's offerings.

WE tv PRESENTS: WE GO BRIDAL IN PARIS
WE tv, the only cable network dedicated to helping women connect to one another and the world around them, will host a WE Go Bridal in Paris sweepstakes where conference attendees can win a Honeymoon trip to Paris. Visitors to the WE tv booth will receive a SEALED USB flash drive on Monday, May 7th from 2:30pm – 5:30pm and Tuesday from 11am – 3pm. One of the USB flash drives will be uploaded with Bridezilla programming. Visitors will return to the WE tv booth on Tues, May 8th from 3pm – 4:30pm to plug in their USB flash drive at the WE kiosk If they have the Bridezilla programming slide/video, they will win a honeymoon trip to Paris.

fuse, the music channel, will hold a raffle for trip for two to New York, including flight and hotel to see The Police at Madison Square Garden. Conference attendees can enter to win by stopping by the booth anytime on Monday, May 7th or Tuesday, May 8th and dropping off a business card. The grand prize winner will be selected at random at a drawing on Tuesday, May 8th between 4:30pm and 5:00pm. AMC SCORES RECORD RATINGS SUCCESS IN 2007
AMC blazed into 2007 with record ratings success ranking 1Q 07 as its best quarter ever in key primetime demo delivery, including A25-54 (520,000); A18-49 (440,000); M25-54 (320,000); M18-49 (271,000); and A18-34 (151,000). In addition, AMC ranked among Top 10 in prime Men 25-54 delivery among all ad-supported networks for the quarter, an increase of 31% year to year for the network. Available to over 90 million homes, AMC ranked #1 in impression growth in all of cable for Men 25-54 (up 76,000), #3 for Men 18-49 (up 63,000), and #3 for A25-54 (up 120,000).

SPORTSKOOL ANNOUNCES NEW ORIGINAL SERIES WITH NFL PRO DOUG FLUTIE
SPORTSKOOL, the first and only on demand television network to offer athletic instruction, will premiere a new original series in August featuring former NFL Quarterback, Doug Flutie. Flutie, who has had an impressive football career in the NFL, as well as one of the best CFL quarterback careers in Canadian football history, will offer tips on offensive mechanics and quarterback techniques in the new On-Demand series. In addition, one episode will be dedicated to incorporating children with Autism and other special needs into athletics, a cause close to Flutie's heart. Flutie's son was diagnosed with a form of Autism at the age of three, and in 1998, Flutie and his wife founded The Doug Flutie, Jr. Foundation for Autism, Inc. (www.dougflutiejrfoundation.org), a non-profit organization dedicated to helping families facing childhood autism through support and education. In addition to his work with the organization and his involvement with the new series on SPORTSKOOL, Flutie is currently a broadcaster for ABC Sports and ESPN. Segments include Tour Bus Recipes where bands, solo artists and other celebrities prepare some of their favorite dishes either on their tour bus or in the studio; Lunch Break offers celebrities the opportunity to show their appreciation to their fans by sporting lunch and conversation and because Music is becoming more and more a part of the professional sports experience Sport Your Tunes finds athletes from across the sports spectrum who are willing to have fuse viewers control the music that's attached to broadcasts. The Sauce launched in early April and features programming that offer a unique window into the music world with emerging and established artists, live performances, concert coverage, interactive technology and pop-culture entertainment.
