Sanders' addition to the network marks another step towards FSN redefining its positioning as a personality-driven network as she joins the ranks of strong FSN personalities including Tom Arnold, Max Kellerman and James Brown. "We're thrilled to welcome Summer to our Fox Sports Net family, " said George Greenberg, Executive Vice-President of Programming and Production. "Her charismatic personality and sports pedigree are a perfect fit for a show like this that brings to a national audience the sports debates that happen at local sports bars every night across the country. "
A skilled broadcaster with nearly five years of television experience, Sanders first made a name for herself at the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona where she emerged as the most decorated U.S. swimmer, winning two gold medals, one silver medal and one bronze medal. Additionally, Sanders also has a slew of television credits including co-hosting "NBA's Inside Stuff" on ABC, where she covered the NBA and WNBA finals and drafts as well as various All-Star games. Sanders has also served as the host of ESPN's "Beg Borrow and Deal" and Nickelodeon's hit game show for kids, "Figure It Out."
