SUNRISE, FL – FOX Sports Net Florida today announced that Florida Panthers fans can relive some of the most memorable games from the 1999-2000 Panthers season during this summer’s Panthers Encores beginning Monday, July 24th at 1:00pm. FOX Sports Net will once again bring fans their favorite match ups through September leading into the 2000-2001 NHL season.
Panthers Encores action includes match ups against division rivals Washington Capitals and Tampa Bay Lightning; Eastern Conference rivals including the New York Islanders, New York Rangers, Toronto Maple Leafs,
Boston Bruins and the Stanley Cup Champion New Jersey Devils. Other exciting contests include the Panthers taking on the Western Conference Calgary Flames and Phoenix Coyotes.
FOX Sports Net’s 2000-2001 NHL Florida Panthers telecast schedule will be released in the coming weeks.

Rob Niedermayer had three points, including two assists in a three-goal first period, as the Panthers stopped a four-game

New York Rangers @ Florida Panthers (11/26)
The Panthers scored four goals in the second period and defeated the Rangers, 6-2. Radek Dvorak and Ray Whitney each scored
goals in a 95-second span during the second period and Viktor Kozlov and Scott Mellanby later tallied 27 seconds apart as Florida
had its most productive period of the season.

Pavel Bure scored three times in a five-goal third period for his 12th career hat trick as the Panthers defeated the Coyotes, 6-1.

Pavel Bure scored his second goal of the game and 301st of his career 91 seconds into overtime, giving the Panthers a 4-3 victory
over the Bruins, who had a five-game unbeaten streak stopped.

Toronto Maple Leafs @ Florida Panthers (3/1)
Pavel Bure scored his league leading 44th and 45th goals while Scott Mellanby added a power-play tally in his 1,000th game as the Panthers topped the Maple Leafs, 3-1.

Florida Panthers @ Tampa Bay Lightning (3/10)
The Panthers had not rallied when trailing after two periods all season but picked a good time to end that streak. Defenseman Mike
Wilson scored the go-ahead goal with 11:42 remaining in the game and set up two other tallies as the Panthers rallied from a two-goal, third-period deficit for a 4-3 victory over the Lightning.

The Panthers scored three unanswered goals to defeat the Rangers. Mark Parrish tied the game in the third period and Mike Sillinger followed with the game-winning goal.
