Sports Play-by-Play and Promotional Campaign
BOSTON, MA – Fox Sports Net has been nominated for 11 Emmy Awards in 7 categories in the 25th Annual Boston/New England Emmy Awards. Steve Reagan, Vice President of Programming and Executive Producer for Fox Sports Net New England, made the announcement.
“Fox Sports Net is proud to be nominated for 11 Emmy Awards”, said Reagan. “For the fifth consecutive year we’ve been nominated for Sports Play-by-Play, this year for our coverage of both Boston Celtics Basketball and the Hockey East Game of the Week. We are very pleased to receive nominations for two feature stories from the New England Sports Report and for Celtics Director, Jim Edmonds who has been with Fox Sports Net for 20 years.”
Fox Sports Net has been nominated three times in the Non-news promotional campaign category. The three successful campaigns were produced for Fox Sports Nets 20th Anniversary in November, college hockey coverage and Gameface, a first-to-market interactive segment that appeared in the New England Sports Report.
