CLEVELAND – Fox Sports Net Ohio announced today its 2003 Mid American Conference men's and women's basketball schedules. Steve Liverani, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Fox Sports Net Ohio, made the announcement.
In addition to the MAC package, Fox Sports Net Ohio will telecast locally produced games featuring Akron, Kent State and Ohio University.
The men's 2003 basketball schedule tips-off this Saturday, January 11 at 2 pm and features Bowling Green @ Kent State. Throughout the season, featured teams will include Marshall, Miami of Ohio, Toledo, and Eastern Michigan.
Live coverage of women's basketball action begins on Monday, January 13 at
7 pm, as Marshall visits Kent State. The MAC women's basketball schedule will culminate in the telecast of the conference tournament semifinals and championship game. Championship weekend takes place on March 14 and 15.
