7th Avenue Drop featuring Good Charlotte Airs on October 5th at 7:00 PM (ET)
(New York, NY – September 21, 2004) Fuse, the only all-music, viewer-influenced network, will host multi-platinum rockers Good Charlotte for a new installment in its on-going concert performance series "7th Avenue Drop" on Tuesday, October 5th at 7:00 PM (ET). Filmed in Fuse's New York City street-front "7th Avenue" studio, the show will be the premiere destination for Good Charlotte fans to see the band perform new songs from their highly-anticipated third album, "The Chronicles of Life and Death" on the album's release day. "The Chronicles of Life and Death" is the follow-up to 2002's "The Young and the Hopeless" which established Good Charlotte as one of the most identifiable bands of the pop-punk explosion.
7th Avenue Drop will be an interactive experience, driven by the fans and viewers. With the help of a Fuse VJ, the viewers will drive the format of the show by voting on the songs the artists will perform live in-studio, as well as submitting the interview questions the artists will field. A specially designed feature on Fuse's website (www.fuse.tv) will solicit questions for the show and monitor the song votes. Fans will also be a major presence in-studio, with audience members attending the show from artist fan clubs and the web. Designed to best capture the spontaneity and intimacy of the interaction between the artists and fans, 7th Avenue Drop will be shot live-to-tape.
