(New York, NY, May 3, 2005) – Fuse, the nation’s only viewer-driven, all-music network, today announced “Paint It Fuse,” a one-of-a-kind online charity auction to be featured on eBay, The World’s Online Marketplace® (www.ebay.com/fuse) May 23 through June 2, 2005 to benefit The MusiCares® Foundation. Music artists and legendary graphic artists who specialize in gig posters; album and CD art have designed customized posters incorporating Fuse’s “Hairy Man” logo. These unique pieces of art will embrace the artists’ signature style and are sure to be collector’s items. Kompolt was retained to manage the listing.
Committed to encouraging freedom of artistic expression and showcasing talent from all aspect’s of today’s music industry, Fuse has approached many of today’s top graphic artists including Leia Bell, Michael Buchmiller, James Rheem Davis, Lindsey Kuhn and Printmafia to participate in this showcase of poster art.
