Tanguay will be talking to a classroom of 8th grade students in Roxbury about his successful career in the sports world. |
WHO: | Gary Tanguay joined FSN in 2000 and co-hosts New England Sports Tonight. Tanguay, a Maine native, has over 20 years of experience as a sports reporter/anchor in New England, including stops at WBZ-TV (CBS), WLVI-TV (WB) and WTKK (96.9 FM) in Boston, MA. |
WHY: | FSN teamed up with Junior Achievement to launch the PASS program on March 18. The program utilizes the sports and entertainment industries to teach students about careers off the playing field. |
