SAN FRANCISCO, CA -The Golden State Warriors and Fox Sports Net Bay Area, a division of Rainbow Media Holdings, Inc. (RMG:NYSE), announced today a new agreement that will make Fox Sports Net Bay Area the exclusive local television provider of Warriors games. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Fox Sports Net Bay Area will televise 60 Warriors home and away games in 2002-03. The Warriors 2002-03 television schedule will be released at a later date.

This fall, Fox Sports Net Bay Area will broadcast its 11th season of Warriors basketball. Fox Sports Net Bay Area began airing Warriors basketball November 2, 1991. In its first season of Warriors coverage, the network aired 30 games.
