Friday, April 5 to Sunday, April 7 beginning at 8:00PM/ET. Recently nominated for a Golden Globe and winner of the Venice Film Festival Best Screenplay, “Y Tu Mama Tambien” hits theaters in New York and Los Angeles on Friday, March 15.
Additionally, in conjunction with IFC Films‘ upcoming John Saylesretrospective film tour, IFC presents Saturday Night with Sayles, an all-night tribute, airing April 13 at 8:00PM/ET on the network (see page 2 for on-air schedule). The IFC Films showcase tour, featuring “Lianna,” “Return of the Secaucus 7” and “The Brother from Another Planet,” will begin March 8 at the South-by-Southwest Film Festival in Austin, Texas. Also included on the tour are stops at the Taos Talking Pictures in Taos, New Mexico; The Detroit Institute of Art; The Philadelphia Film Festival; and screenings at the Brooklyn Academy of Music in June.
