Select Titles from IFC Films will be Available Digitally for the First Time
New York, NY – May 20, 2008 – Continuing its mission of making the best of independent film available to the widest possible audience, IFC Films is joining with Amazon Unbox, Amazon's digital video service, to make its extensive film library available digitally for either purchase or rent. Amazon Unbox makes television shows and films available for digital rental or purchase through downloads to either your PC, TiVo box, or portable media players. Select titles from IFC Films will make their digital debut as part of the deal.
Acclaimed IFC Films available for purchase or rental include Cristian Mungiu's 2007 Palme d'Or winner 4 Months, 3 Weeks and 2 Days; Alfonso Cuarón's Oscar nominated Y tu mamá también, Susanne Bier's Oscar-nominated After the Wedding, Patrice Leconte's My Best Friend; and Todd Graff's Camp.
