Special Focusing On 2006 New York Fashion Week Premieres February 15 th at 10:30 pm
New York, NY – February 6, 2006 – WE: Women’s Entertainment, the only cable network dedicated to helping women connect to one another and the world around them, announced today that Maybelline New York and John Frieda Professional Hair Care have signed on to sponsor Under the Tents, a half-hour special, behind-the-scenes look at the fashion trends from the 2006 Fall collections at New York Fashion Week. The show will premiere February 15th at 10:30 PM.
As part of the sponsorship agreement, both Maybelline NewYork and John Frieda will receive tagged tune-ins, billboards, and customized vignettes highlighting the hottest beauty trends of the season. A particular focus will be made on hair and make-up for upcoming spring. Spots will include hairstyles with The John Frieda Brilliant Brunette and Sheer Blonde products, and make-up will use Maybelline Superstay Lip Color and Lash Stylist Mascara. Additionally, both sponsors will receive logo presence in a full page ad promoting the special running in Life & Style Magazine. Online presence will also be seen at www.we.tv.

Under the Tents will offer viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the happenings that occur under the exclusive tents at Bryant Park during New York’s Fashion Week from February 3-10.
This year marked WE’s largest programming expansion in its history, including a 30% increase in original programming. The network’s originals also garnered record ratings success for WE. In 2005 to date, 8 of the network’s Top 10 ranked telecasts for A18-49 delivery were originals for WE, compared to 1 in 2004*.
