Terry Holmstrom Appointed Vice President of Client Activation
NEW YORK, NY, March 12, 2007 – Rainbow Advertising Sales Corporation (RASCO), the advertising arm of parent company Rainbow Media Holdings LLC, announced today they will launch a Client Activation Team, a new division created to meet the needs of the advertising community for multi-platform, integrated and cross-marketing deals. The Client Activation Team will leverage the power of Rainbow's portfolio of brands including AMC, fuse, and WEtv across each of its multiple media platforms with linear TV networks, online, on Demand, mobile, on-site and outdoors, providing media and marketing solutions beyond a traditional media buy. Leading the team will be Terry Holmstrom who has been named Vice President of Client Activation and will report to Bill Rosolie, EVP of Rainbow national network advertising sales.

Prior to joining Rainbow, Holmstrom was Vice President, Promotions Marketing for ABC Cable Networks Group where she was responsible for the strategic oversight, management and implementation of national consumer promotions and related marketing partnerships with advertisers for ABC Kids Network Sales. Prior Holmstrom was Vice President, Marketing & Promotions for ABC Family & Kids Sales. In this position, Holmstrom oversaw the development and implementation of ad sales marketing and promotions for the division which was responsible for both adult and kids advertising sales on ABC Family, Toon Disney, the Saturday morning kids block on ABC-TV and Buena Vista syndicated block, Disney 1, Too. She was Vice President of Ad Sales Marketing at Fox Family Worldwide, overseeing Fox Family and Fox Kids marketing & promotions and also spent 14 years at Nickelodeon as Director, Promotion Marketing where she helped create the Kids Choice Awards and Slime Time Live.
Holmstrom was a key member of the team that forged the successful Nickelodeon and Kraft strategic alliance that garnered a Gold Reggie Award in 1997 and a Silver Reggie in 1998 from the Promotion Marketing Association a 3-D Nogglevision and Nickelodeon O-Scope. In 1999, her efforts garnered Nickelodeon three Golden Marble Promotion Awards from KidScreen magazine in recognition of outstanding promotional partnerships.
