Chicago, IL – June 11, 2001 – Rainbow Media Holdings, Inc. announced today
a film licensing agreement with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc. (NYSE: MGM), making
20 feature films available to Rainbow’s national services — AMC, Bravo, WE:
Women’s Entertainment and The Independent Film Channel. The agreement secures
the rights within the basic cable window for Autumn in New York, in addition
to windows for the Academy Award
