NEW YORK, NY, September 16, 2010 – Rainbow Media Holdings, LLC announced today David Epstein has joined the Company as Executive Vice President, Content and Inventory Strategy, a new position. In this role, Epstein will work across the Company to assess the value of strategic programming investments, including original series and acquisitions; formulate sales management strategy, with a focus on IFC and Sundance Channel sponsorships; and maximize the value of Rainbow national networks’ sponsor marketing programs. Based in New York, Epstein will report to Ed Carroll, COO of Rainbow
Entertainment Services, which includes AMC, IFC, Sundance Channel, WE tv and Wedding
Central.
Prior to joining Rainbow, Epstein was Senior Vice President, Sales Planning for NBC
Universal’s Cable Entertainment Group. Past positions include Senior Vice President of
Advertising Sales for Court TV; Vice President of Primetime Planning and Proposals for
ABC Television Network; and Vice President for Sales Planning and Operations for Comedy
Central.

Epstein holds a M.S. in Management from M.I.T. School of Management and earned his
bachelor’s degree from The Johns Hopkins University.
