NEW YORK, NY, September 16, 2010 – Rainbow Media Holdings, LLC announced today that Sean S. Sullivan has been named Chief Corporate Officer, a newly created position. Mr. Sullivan will oversee Rainbow Media’s finance group, Rainbow Network Communications, Rainbow Information Systems as well as its creative services, research and facilities departments. He will report to Joshua Sapan, Rainbow Media’s President and CEO.
Mr. Sullivan joins Rainbow Media from HiT Entertainment, a leading independent children’s entertainment producer and rights owner whose properties include Thomas & Friends, Barney, and Angelina Ballerina. Since 2009, Mr. Sullivan held the post of Chief Financial Officer overseeing global finance, legal & business affairs, human resources and information technology operations. He brings more than two decades of experience in finance and operations having served in a variety of senior executive positions in the media, marketing and printing industries. He began his career with Ernst & Young LLP.

Mr. Sullivan received a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia University and a B.B.A. in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
