(SUNRISE, FL) – Fox Sports Net Florida today announced the addition of Mr. Ray Johnson to its advertising sales staff.
Johnson comes to Fox Sports Net after serving for three years as an Account Executive for Petry Media Corporation in San Francisco and Philadelphia. There, he was responsible for cultivating national advertising partnerships for multiple station groups.
Johnson's experience also includes roles with several professional sports teams, including the Atlanta Hawks, Philadelphia 76ers, Tampa Bay Devil Rays, and Tampa Bay Lightning, in which he was responsible for corporate, premium seating, group, and season ticket sales. Johnson's tenure with the Devil Rays included the team's inaugural season, during which he initiated and executed several community events, including "Little League Day" at Tropicana Field.
Johnson, a graduate of Indiana University, will be based in Fox Sports Net's South Florida office in Sunrise.
