NEW YORK, NY – March 31, 2025 – Shudder, AMC Networks’ premium horror streaming service, will mark its 10-year anniversary and a decade of the best in horror with its most terrifyingly ambitious programming slate to date, special fan events, customized merchandise and more. Shudder 10, which kicks off during the streamer’s annual “Halfway to Halloween” horror-thon, will also feature a nationwide screening tour, “Shudder 10 Screening Series,” featuring a curated selection of Shudder films. The 10-year milestone follows a successful 2024 for Shudder as the streamer claimed six of the year’s top 10 titles on Rotten Tomatoes 2024 Horror list with Late Night with the Devil landing in the #1 spot.

- Overlook Festival, New Orleans
- As the official sponsor of this weekend’s Overlook Festival, Shudder will host the Opening Night party featuring a Shudder-branded Second Line parade performing classic horror theme songs and creepy characters parading the French Quarter.
The Fest is also featuring the North American premiere of Monster Island, a Centerpiece screening of The Ugly Stepsister, and Clown In A Cornfield serving as the Closing Night event. Additional screenings include Best Wishes To All and Fréwaka, and the streamer’s upcoming sci-fi thriller ASH, starring Aaron Paul and Eiza González, from Grammy-nominated artist and filmmaker Flying Lotus, who will serve as the inaugural Guest Curator of the Festival, including a personal selection of retro programming.

- Kicking off in April and running through the fall, Shudder’s nationwide screening tour, “Shudder 10 Screening Series,” will feature a curated selection of Shudder films that are making their big screen debut, including The Amusement Park, The Dark And The Wicked, Deadstream, Host, La Llorona, Mad God, Mandy, The Medium, Oddity, One Cut Of The Dead, Revenge, Skinamarink, Terrified, Tigers Are Not Afraid and Watcher.
- The tour will make stops at IFC Center in New York City, Music Box in Chicago, SIFF in Seattle, The Coolidge in Boston, Popcorn Frights Film Festival in Fort Lauderdale, Gateway Film Center in Columbus, Screenland Armor in Kansas City, all Soho House locations and more. Fan Activations:
- On Friday, June 13 — the only Friday the 13th of 2025 — Shudder will host a Shudder Anniversary Tattoo Party at Wild Heart Tattoo Parlor (154 Nassau Ave, Brooklyn, NY) for the most dedicated of horror fans to get inked with Shudder-inspired flash options. That evening, The Future of Film Is Female will host a double-feature anniversary event at the Nitehawk Williamsburg down the street for fans.
- Shudder and Mutant have partnered on a series of Shudder 10 special edition screen-printed posters. Ten films will be selected from Shudder’s deep library for exclusive prints by various artists, including award-winning illustrator Matt Ryan Tobin, who is known for his work on new prints for The Exorcist, Chucky, Jaws and other popular films. Additional artists will be announced this summer.
- Exclusive, limited edition Shudder 10 merchandise, including pillows in the shape of iconic horror movie weapons, branded pins, temporary tattoos, and more, will be available at the Shudder Shop.
