WHEN I WAS A GIRL offers viewers a rare glimpse into the early years of these famous females. Focusing on previously untold stories from their youth, the series celebrates the similarities that all women share while evolving from girls into women. From the time when parents seemed all-knowing, to the awkward era of adolescence, the women share intimate memories as they speak candidly from the heart. While the stories are personal, when told collectively, these recollections reveal the shared experience of all girls.
