NEW YORK, NY – June 7, 2010 – On Sunday night, June 6, WE tv debuted the seventh season of "Bridezillas" and the third season of "My Fair Wedding with David Tutera." "My Fair Wedding" had its best season premiere in the show’s history for household rating (0.8) and delivery of W18-49 (372,000), W25-54 (341,000) and total viewers (710,000). The episode was also the series’ most watched telecast ever among W18-34, W18-49 and total viewers.
In addition, the "Bridezillas" season opener rated +14% higher than the series’ season six average. "My Fair Wedding" experienced a +33% HH rating increase over the series’ season two average.
The network grew its coveted W18-49 demo over the course of the night, with "Bridezillas" at 9 pm delivering 368,000 W18-49, and "My Fair Wedding" at 10 pm delivering 372,000 W18-49.
WE tv has long been the go-to destination for all things wedding, and the debut of the new seasons of "Bridezillas" and "My Fair Wedding" marks a strong kick-off for the network’s annual Wedding Week, which features new seasons of its most popular original wedding series and four new specials.
